Second limited edition for Rotari 40. It is a special, unique product dosed with a liqueur d’expédition made according to the winery’sancient recipe.

A Blanc de Blancs, that is, a pure Metodo Classico, made from the best Chardonnay grapes selected from our hillside vineyards north of Trento.
Indeed, here we find unique climatic conditions: the limestone soil of dolomite origin, the average altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, and the excellent exposure to the sun. The vineyards are also caressed by a refreshing alpine breeze that allows the natural preservation of the crispness and aromatic intensity of the grapes.
Thanks to the combination of all these factors, Rotari 40 releases unique organoleptic characteristics and intense aromas.

Maturation on the lees for at least 40 months.

This special edition offers a golden color in a fountain of fine, persistent bubbles that drag in scents of citrus, nectarine and apricot well blended with gentle notes of vanilla and hazelnut. The palate is very velvety and gives a lingering savory taste.
