King Rotari assumed the honorific title “Flavian” to recall Roman and Byzantine imperial prestige. Rotari Flavio is thus the most prestigious expression of Rotari’s oenological and sparkling wine style. Our Trentodoc excellence at its best.

Riserva produced exclusively from grapes harvested and selected by hand in our most vocated vineyards in the hilly areas along the Adige Valley north of Trento. Made from only Chardonnay grapes with maturation on the lees for at least 60 months.

Brut of great structure, with intense and persistent aromatic notes and extremely fine perlage. It smells of citrus, apricot and yellow peach with a hint of hazelnut, yeast and honey aromas.
