Light salmon pink; open and fragrant fragrance with fresh scent
Ripe berries from the Pinot Noir portion of the cuvée, fine herbal spices (licorice) and floral accents; on the palate with a nice soft mousse, it shows nice fullness and fruitiness. Berry and fruity aromas (pear, peach, raspberry) combine wonderfully with lively juiciness.
This liveliness continues in the juicy and playful finish.
Sparkling
At this stage, cuvées are made between Glera wines, 87 percent, and Pinot Noir, 13 percent Sparkling is carried out using the Charmat method, a procedure traditionally adopted for young, delicate and fruity wines. Secondary fermentation, through natural refermentation in autoclaves, lasts about 20-25 days, while the stay “on the lees” continues for at least two months. Aging in autoclave, first, and in bottle, then, is another 2 months.

one of the most vocated areas of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, and it is from the vineyards located on these wonderful and impervious hills that La Farra’s most representative crus are born.
