This typical South Tyrolean wine is dark ruby red in color and has a delicate aroma of berries and cherries. Fine-grained and ripe tannins accompany its beautiful acidity and give this wine elegance and persistence. Long finish.

12 months of aging in small oak barrels (barrique), then aged for another year in the bottle after a further 6 months in large wooden barrels.

Before the end of the Second World War, Herbert Tiefenbrunner (1928-2015) approached the art of the cellar master at the young age of 15. In 1968, his wife Hilde inaugurated the refreshment point. In 2000, it was our turn to commit ourselves to carrying on the wine culture and tradition of our family.
