Clear and bright

A wine that mutates as it rotates in the glass into nuances ranging from pomegranate kernel, to pink grapefruit clove and ending in light powdery tones. On the nose immediate and fresh spiciness, then light floral notes reminding us of rosehips, followed by peach blossom, sour cherry and hints of blueberry. In the mouth entry with good acidity, freshness and great minerality. This is followed by warmer sensations with light, linear tannicity. The mouth aroma again reminds us of the flower and the fruit. Alcoholicity well contained in the roundness of the wine. A finish with good persistence on a slightly bitter string.

White vinification of red grape varieties from the Langhe produces a rosé wine with color nuances ranging from rose petal to onion skin. Spicy fragrance with delicate notes of rose and peach blossom. The taste is fresh and fruity with a lingering mineral background

Those of the Cantina del Nebbiolo, in Vezza d’Alba, are distant roots. In the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the wine-growing hills of Piedmont were buffeted by winds of innovation and development, which had brought enthusiasm and confidence in the future. In particular, in the hills between Langa and Roero, where the vocation for vines and wine had long been established.
