Production technique: grapes from the most suitable coastal areas, after manual harvesting, are softly pressed, without any maceration. Characteristics: bright, refined, peachy pink color. Fruit that returns boldly to the nose, along with notes of citrus, wild strawberries and white flowers. In the mouth is crisp, agile, with a pleasing final minerality, typical of seaside vineyards. Suggestions: rosé of great conviviality, excellent as an aperitif, to try with fish crudites, simple first courses.
