- Description
High color intensity in the glass. The aromas strongly express the character of the Carmenère variety (berries, eucalyptus and leather, licorice and black pepper). Great fullness on the palate and firm tannins. Retronasal aromas of toast and spices ending in a long finish.
A classic and elegant Carmenère that is fun!
Cordillera Carmenère is aged in French barrels for 12 months after fermentation (30% new wood).
