- Description
Cherry reflections in the glass. On the nose, aromas of blackberry, black currant and black cherry stand out. On the palate this wine is elegant, delicately spiced and with soft tannins that transmit notes of vanilla, cocoa, mint and licorice. Aging in French oak creates a pleasant toasted background.
60% of the Santa Digna Carmenère is aged in French barriques for 6 months after fermentation.
