Intense and spicy nose: red fruits, cherries, currants and gooseberries, almonds and fresh bread. On the palate, enormously complex and balanced, refreshing and lively, multilayered with fine bubbles. Silky texture with subtle toasted aromas, elegant with a long lasting mousse. The finish is extremely long and perfectly balanced.
Only produced in years that Bollinger ranks as exceptionally good.
Vinified in small oak barrels with 5% red wine of the legendary Côte des Enfants appellation. Maturation in closed bottle with natural cork, double the prescribed time.
