The distinctive and exceptional rosé champagne is a rarity in the finest Bollinger style
Intense and spicy nose: red fruits, cherries, currants and gooseberries, almonds and fresh bread. Enormously complex and balanced on the palate, refreshing and lively, multilayered with fine bubbles. Silky texture with subtle roasted aromas, elegant with a long-lasting mousse. The finish is extremely long and perfectly balanced.
Produced only in years that Bollinger classifies as exceptionally good.
Vinified in small oak barrels with 5% red wine from the legendary Côte des Enfants appellation. Maturation in bottle sealed with natural cork, twice the prescribed time.
