Tasty is pronounced UMAMI in Japanese.
Limited edition of 6690 bottles. Champagne produced biodynamically.
A grand cru of length, depth, velvety texture and pleasant minerality. Full-bodied. Fresh notes of lemon, gingerbread, raspberries and cherries complete the taste experience.
Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The vines are all at least 50 years old and come from Avize, Ay and Ambonnay. The base wine is aged in 225-liter oak barrels. It is stored on the dosage for three years. Optimal grape ripeness and soil quality contribute to quality. The liveliness emphasizes the wine’s minerality.
ORGANIC VEGAN WINE
Erick de Sousa produces fine champagne from wines from 8.5 hectares of land. It is at home in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and most of the vineyards have Grand Cru status. Two-thirds of the vines are more than 40 years old. Gradually they are converting to biodynamic cultivation.
