Fresh and intense nose: ripe apricots, grapefruit, hazelnuts, almonds and delicate brioche notes. On the palate very complex and full-bodied, well-structured and elegant, enormously multilayered and rich in finesse with fine, creamy perlage. The finish is very long and dense, mineral with refreshing citrus aromas.
Fermented in wooden barrels, matured on the lees for more than five years in natural cork.
