Tequila Clase Azul Reposado

A superior taste experience

Tequila Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra premium tequila that goes beyond expectation with every sip.

This highest quality tequila is aged for eight months and then bottled an artistic, handcrafted ceramic bottle.

Premium tequilas are becoming increasingly popular; they are no longer drunk quickly as a shot or used as an ingredient in a cocktail, but are enjoyed slowly, like an old Scotch, to fully appreciate the flavors.

Arturo Lomeli, the founder of Clase Azul, knows what he is talking about. He began marketing his low-cost tequila in 1997, in a stereotypical bottle with a sombrero and mustache. But he soon realized the importance of luxury marketing and in 2007 launched the Clase Azul Ultra on the market at a price of $1,200, achieving great success. Since then, the company has specialized in the high-end market segment.

The production of this tequila begins with Blue Weber agave, the hearts of which are cooked for 72 hours in brick ovens. The juice is then fermented and distilled twice. Ripening takes place in Jesús Maria, where nighttime temperatures can reach 5°C. But what really makes this tequila special are Santa Maria Canchesdá’s handcrafted bottles . These carefully painted ceramic bottles, reminiscent of large pepper mills, really catch the eye.

Clase Azul Reposado Tequila is stored in carefully selected oak barrels for eight months, developing a unique taste that evokes cooked agave, wood, fruit, vanilla and caramel.

It is a sensory experience that will never disappoint.
