Each label is dedicated to a song by the singer.

Sister Moon from the Il Palagio estate, owned by the famous singer Sting, is a classic Supertuscan made from Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The name is inspired by the British singer’s song of the same name from the 1987 album Nothing Like the Sun.

It is an intense, velvety and full-bodied wine, revealing juicy fruity and spicy notes. Aromas of blueberry, roasted nuts, incense and cedar are immediately perceptible on the nose, while sensations of cocoa, vanilla, licorice, blackberry and plum dominate in the mouth.

The perfect companion for meat dishes, especially beef, veal and pork, and for Tuscan dishes. Definitely try it with a T-bone steak.

The Il Palagio estate is situated among the rolling Tuscan hills south of Florence and has belonged to the singer Sting, famous voice of the Police, since 1997. Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler, fascinated by Tuscany and its rural atmosphere, often reside in the private home that sits on a 350-acre property.

This extraordinary 16th-century estate nestled among the vineyards of the Chianti area rises above the town of Figline and Incisa Valdarno. Once owned by Duke Simone Vincenzo Velluti Zati of San Clemente, today it is a magnificent location for luxury events and offers spaces suitable for weddings and ceremonies. The evocative atmosphere of Il Palagio offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, a spectacle to be admired by the pool or immersed in the private park.

The Il Palagio farm has olive groves and vineyards, from which oil and wine are produced using organic methods. From Sting’s cellar come fine labels dedicated to the former Police’s most famous songs, such as “Message in a Bottle,”“Sister Moon,” and“When We Dance.” Organic wine and oil, along with fruits, vegetables, local cured meats and honey, can be purchased and tasted at the farm store located a short walk from the estate.
