The tried-and-true Monkey 47 with freshly picked sloes.
Since 2008, Black Forest Distillers have been making their gin with 47 botanicals according to the eccentric and unique recipe of Commander Montgomery Collins. In his memory, the gin was named after his pet. In 2016, Pernod Ricard took over the previously independent distillery.
