In all 3 as well as in the original Pancalieri mint is used, which gives the products their freshness. Distilled by hand and without added sugar, the captivating gins present their natural flavors.

Mintis gins are distilled in a specially made vacuum still for 8 hours at 60 degrees. This unique process uses much lower temperatures than the traditional method. This preserves the aroma and freshness of the gin taste and protects the environment.
The new Mintis Gins are distilled with the finest craftsmanship from a family distillery in Piedmont. Torino Distillati in Moncalieri is run by Carlo Vergnano together with his wife Piera and daughter Rita.
