Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore extra dry has a medium straw yellow color; The bouquet is inviting and fruity with a fine note of honey and pastry; on the palate soft, fresh and extremely fruity with scents of apple, peach and orange blossom; elegant with fine perlage, very digestible at any time of day
Sparkling
It is performed by the Charmat method; a process traditionally used for delicate, fruity wines. Foaming takes place in autoclaves for about 25-30 days at a temperature of 16-18°C, while aging, also in autoclaves, ranges from 2 to 3 months.
