This wine is a successful blend of fruit, smoothness and youthful drinking pleasure. It is easy to enjoy with small delicacies and is liked for its fruity aroma and smooth character. A wonderful wine with excellent value for money.
Sparkling
It is performed by the Charmat method, a process traditionally used for delicate, fruity wines. Secondary fermentation through natural refermentation in autoclaves lasts about 20-25 days, while aging is 2 months.
