This exceptional champagne, as in its name, is composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes.
It is composed of 50% young wines and 50% reserve wines. Here the cellar master presents all his skills. He developed this champagne classically in the bottle on the lees.
The Blanc-de-Blancs-Prestige-Cuvée shows aromas of candied citrus and white peach. The impression of limestone minerality follows. It closes with notes of almond and bergamot.

First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
