With 35 grams of residual sugar, this champagne is amiable.
Beautiful creamy, sweet citrus aromas combined with a bouquet of warm brioche, caramel, ginger, bread and ripe pears.
75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. The base wine is partially barrel fermented and blended with reserve wines that are more than ten years old.
First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
