A champagne delicate made up of 100% Pinot Noir from best Mailly Grand Cru plots such as les Crayats, Coutures and Chalois.
Nose of fresh spices complemented by a hint of violet and the captivating scent of undergrowth and fern. Pleasant and delicately sweet notes of yellow fruits, especially vine peaches.

First-class champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to the status of Grand Cru, in 1929 its inhabitants founded the cooperative of winemakers. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
