It is an extra dry sparkling wine made from white grape varieties.The sparkling process involves fermentation, once the must has been filtered, followed by a sparkling process using the charmat method.

It presents itself to the eye with a pale, almost pale straw-yellow color.Its fine, persistent perlage and freshness nonetheless give it a certain liveliness on the palate.It is, after all, a sparkling wine whose sweetness is counterbalanced by a distinct aromaticity, predominantly floral in character: from acacia flowers, to elderberry, to musk.

That is, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo in the “rosé” version, obtained by soft pressing and a special vinification process where the skins are separated from the must, the result of which is a rosy color.
