A truly exceptional champagne for special occasions
The most famous wine of the house it was created in 1876 for the high taste requirements of Tsar Alexander II.
On the nose fine brioches, almonds, apples, apricots, subtle tones of vanilla. On the palate very intense and complex, precise and dense, creamy with a delicate and airy structure, extremely elegant and rich in finesse, ripe, fruity and deep with a very fine perlage. The finish is long and powerful with a nice minerality.
Cristal is only produced in those great years in which the Chardonnay, around 40%, and the Pinot nero, around 60%, reach their perfect ripeness. It is then stored in the cellar for six years and rests for another eight months after dégorgement.

There champagne house , founded in 1776, is one of the few that has been able to maintain its independence.
The company extends over 240 hectares in the best growing areas of Champagne, Grands and Premiers Crus in the Reims mountains, on the Côte de Blancs and in the Marne Valley.
The principles of biodynamic cultivation are increasingly used.
