Diamante Bianco del Ticino DOC comes from a careful selection and choice of the best white grapes in the canton of Ticino. Fermentation in French Oak barriques for 10 months and in stainless steel for 12 MONTHS with regular “Bâtonnage” throughout.
Straw yellow color with greenish highlights
Intense fragrance of citrus yellow flowers vanilla and herbs
Wide and warm enveloping flavor. The aromas expressed on the nose are found again. Intense freshness.
