This wine is only at the beginning of its capabilities and shows only a fraction of its potential. Light gold. Wonderfully deep and full-bodied. Nice interplay of acidity and dried fruits, such as green apples, ripe pears and white peaches. Creamy and nutty on the palate, fine and very elegant. Simply breathtaking!

Five percent of the base wine is fermented in new barriques, the rest in steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for several years!

The Taittinger family has operated the Champagne House for nearly a century.
