This wine is only at the beginning of its capabilities and shows only a fraction of its potential. Light gold. Wonderfully deep and full-bodied. Nice play of acidity and dried fruit, such as green apples, ripe pears and white peaches. Creamy and nutty on the palate, fine and very elegant. Simply breathtaking!

5% of the base wine is fermented in new barriques, the rest in steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for several years!

The Taittinger family has been running the Champagne House for nearly a century. Its aim has always been the pursuit of excellence. “Having our family name on a bottle places demands and responsibilities at every minute. Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger has embodied this commitment for 40 years and today he shares it with his son, Clovis and his daughter, Vitalie, who both work alongside him in the day-to-day running of the Champagne House. Together, they create a close-knit and complementary family trio.
