A tasting set from each whisky region in Scotland to learn about the diverse whisky landscape.

The origin of a Scotch whisky decisively determines its flavor profile. It makes a significant difference whether a single malt comes from the Hebrides, the Southern Plains, the Northern Highlands, or the Spey Valley to the east. This is to illustrate the Drinks by the Dram Tasting Set. Five small bottles with whiskies typical of the region are included:

Deanston Virgin Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky (46.3% ABV): a young whisky with a sweet and spicy aroma, matured in new oak barrels that have been previously charred.

Berry Bros. & Rudd Speyside – The Classic Range (44.2% vol.): A Speyside malt blend from the historic London distillery that combines the character of the Speyside region with notes of creamy caramel and hints of fruitiness.

Glen Scotia Double Cssk (46% vol.): this single malt with herbal toffee aroma comes from the little-known Campbeltown whiskey region and is matured in bourbon and sherry casks.

AeroLite Lindsay 10yr (46% vol.): this mysterious Islay single malt comes from one of nine distilleries on the island and offers more than just smoky notes.

12-year-old Glenkinchie (43% vol.): With an aromatic blend of fruit, honey, barley, nuts and grass, 12-year-old Glenkinchie is a typical representative of the plains.
