Organic craft gin. Created with passion, love and secret herbs from Mount Bisbino.
In Bisbino Ginger Dry, ginger is king. A little less herbaceous than the original but sour and drier.
Thanks to the discovery of the intriguing aromas of ginger grown in the gardens of Sagno, Bisbino found the right recipe to offer the driest version of its organic and natural Gin.
It is called “Ginger Dry” and is a drier, less herbaceous gin than the classic, particularly smooth and with appealing spicy end notes.
Ticino’s first gin comes from the Muggio Valley. Martino Mombelli, creator of the recipe with verbena, lemon balm and elderberry, is also the founder of the organic farming brand Terra Matta. His friends Giona Meyer, Rupen Nacaroglu and Damiano Merzari are also there.
A certified organic gin with herbs from the historic Sagno gardens located at the foot of Mount Bisbino.
