Del Professore The Fighting Bear London Dry Gin is the newest addition to the Del Professore gin family, a craft gin produced in collaboration with Anonima Distillations, in a small 200-liter Carter Head-type pot still. Made exclusively from juniper from the Umbrian-Tuscan Apennines, harvested when fully ripe between September and October, to which is added scented Roman chamomile, bitter orange peel, angelica root and other Italian spices, left to age slowly and naturally, without haste. The entire distillation process in a discontinuous still is carried out under steam current to ensure maximum extractive and qualitative yield from the botanicals. Each crush of The Fighting Bear gin is single shot, following the London Dry method.
