BellusSì is a dry, fragrant and well-structured brut sparkling wine; it is a versatile wine, suitable for all occasions, also ideal as an aperitif and perfect to serve with cold, raw dishes.

BellusSì is made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Oltrepò Pavese wine-growing areas selected and harvested by hand. Vinification, carried out in white with partial cold maceration and soft pressing, is followed by careful and lengthy sparkling, which follows the Charmat Method from 120 to 180 days and gives BellusSì a clear yellow color with copper highlights. The total rebranding has also led to a new label: the product’s signature colors, black and bright red, have been retained, but the shades now highlight the golden“Yes” so as to give the iconic bottle a bold, contemporary look.

Bellussi Spumanti, a limited liability company based in Valdobbiadene (TV), was taken over in 1993 by Paolo and Enrico Martellozzo, members of a family with long-standing traditions in the wine industry. His father Paolo, wishing to conclude his wine career in an important wine region, chose Valdobbiadene, an important center for the production of Prosecco Superiore Docg. Together with his son Enrico, he planned the relaunch of the winery, immediately focusing on quality and enlisting the collaboration of the young and successful winemaker Francesco Adami, who is still with the company today, where he is in charge of grape selection and the development of refermentation technologies.
