Ticino’s Bionda grappa from fresh pomace of white and red grapes aged in fine barrels of mixed woods, ash, cherry and oak for at least 6 years. Discontinuous distillation in our state-of-the-art distillery in copper and stainless steel boilers (stills), with strict electronically controlled head and tail separation.

Soft and enveloping with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and blond tobacco. Serve at 18-20 °C in a tulip corolla-shaped Delea Grappa glass.
