Very deep golden yellow, thick, with very abundant froth and persistent perlage of great finesse
Perfume
has a rich spectrum of scents, it is enveloping and almost fat without any cloyingness; there are sensations of vanilla, cookie, licorice, anise
Taste
in perfect correspondence with the nose, the taste also proves to be full, rich, generous, juicy; all well balanced by an acid base that allows the sweet (ripe fruit) sensations to express themselves without tiring the palate
Located in Adro amid the beautiful hills of Franciacorta, in a farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, Monzio Compagnoni Azienda Agricola is now considered one of the most dynamic wineries operating in the Franciacorta and Bergamasque wine industry. From our vines we get Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Grigio, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Moscato di Scanzo grapes, with which we produce wines from Franciacorta and Bergamasque regions. Winemaker Marcello Monzio Compagnoni has been carrying on this great winemaking business for now 30 years through study, experience and passion, and thanks to his modern and pragmatic mentality and productive soul, he has been able to carve out a prominent space in the wine world.
