“Maximum” is a selection of the winery’s best wine, produced only in great vintages and in a very limited number of bottles.

Born out of a desire to remember Prof. Massimo Losappio and to gather in a single bottle the most authentic atmosphere of the Montalcino area.

Vinified in steel for about twenty days, it passes an aging period of about 4.5 years in 5HL French tonneaux and 30 HL Slovenian oak barrels. It rests for five months in the bottle before being enjoyed.
