In 1875, botanist Dottore Francesco Peloni in the mountainous region of Bormio, Lombardy, developed the original recipe for Amaro Braulio, which was prized then and now by quality fanatics.

The herbs are dried in the fresh mountain air and fermented with spring water and alcohol for a month. High Craft is the only bitter in the world that is aged in oak barrels for two years.

The famous Mount Braulio in Valtellina gave it its name: in 1875 the alpine bitter was invented by pharmacist Francesco Peloni, to this day it is made in the place where it was founded, Bormio im with 100% natural ingredients, the herbs of Mount Braulio.
