Golden yellow color with copper highlights. In the bouquet a mix of floral scents, hazelnut and a bit of sherry. Full-bodied on the palate with nice creaminess, but very elegant and fresh with good acidity. Long persistence with a wide spectrum of flavors such as almonds, marzipan, bread crust, yeast.
