Lively on the palate with plenty of freshness and juicy acidity, very well balanced with creamy fullness and perfectly fitting. Very sustainable and long lasting with a wide range of beautiful aromas such as mint, licorice and nettle.

Before the end of World War II, Herbert Tiefenbrunner (1928-2015) took up the art of master cellarer at the young age of 15. In 1968, his wife Hilde opened the food court. In 2000, it was our turn to commit ourselves to carrying on our family’s winemaking culture and tradition.
