Belvedere Heritage 176 is a blend of Belvedere Vodka and Malted Rye Spirit. The three stages of malting reveal depth and complexity that would otherwise remain hidden in rye. Soaking the rye promotes germination of the grain. Starch is naturally converted to sugar. A temperature of up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit / 80 degrees Celsius interrupts the germination process to develop the rich and complex flavors of rye in subsequent fermentation and distillation

The noble vodka is named after the Belvedere Palace in the western part of Warsaw. It is quadruple distilled from Dankowskie golden rye and is softer and sweeter than spirits made from other grains. Special care is also taken with the cork: it is soaked in Belvedere to avoid a corky taste.
