- Description
Tambo’s Passo di Tambo is the oenological result of a Merlot wine that has been fermented and aged on dried and previously fermented pomace, which remains rich in sugars and aromas.
In the Valpolicella area this method(Ripasso) is used with the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. This is the Ticino version made from Merlot grapes, also grown in our vineyards. With fragrant and spicy notes combined with great smoothness. Ideal companion for any lunch or dinner.

TASTE
Rich , intense, with medium-textured tannins soft and pleasant, very persistent. It goes well with all foods

Open the bottle a few moments beforehand. Serve in large ballon glasses
We need authentic stories. Also today. Even in the hustle and bustle of the world we inhabit. The Tamborini family tells us about his family’s. It is a special story that has been 75 years old and involved three generations. It is the story of sun, rain, wind and grapes ripening south of the Alps in a peculiar territory.
We will continue to need stories, emotions to share and excellent wine. To uncork a Tamborini bottle is to savor the present, to remember the past and invent the future.
