The search for a wine captivating made us understand that Prosecco is not just Prosecco. In the end we have selected the sparkling wine from Bosco del Merlo among over 40 labels . An absolutely pure and delicately fruity bouquet testifies to the careful work with sensitive base wines. There is a touch of floral aromas and subtle fruit aromas. Fresh, elegant, very well balanced on the palate, with fine pearly and creamy carbon dioxide.

After careful pressing of the base wines, a batch of wine is decanted several times a year in an autoclave, i.e. the second fermentation is carried out. Carbon dioxide comes exclusively from this second fermentation and is absolutely not artificially added. This process ensures that only very fresh wine is delivered.

Bosco del Merlo is the most mature expression of a project that has involved the Paladin family for many years, and is expressed through wines that tell the typicality of the territory, in all its nuances.
