- Description
Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: Clear note of yellow pear, golden apple and citrusy hints
Taste: Fresh and balanced. Persistence is supported by the savoriness that characterizes its closure
Suitable for accompanying finger food, savory fish dishes and sea bass in salt. Try it with prosciutto.
Vineyards located on the plains just outside Treviso ripen the golden clusters of Glera grapes, which are harvested during the month of September.
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and the must fermented in steel tanks.
At the end of this process we obtain the base wine.
This is followed by sparkling in autoclaves according to the Charmat method, as per tradition.
Our story: partners, territory, passion
To write an important story that leaves important marks over time, the elements that cannot be missing are three: a protagonist, a territory, and a passion.
Our story began in 1957, more than 60 years ago, thanks to 31 winemakers who shared a passion for Prosecco, the same vocation for viticulture and a love for their territory, which over the years has become one of the most important landmarks of national wine production. Within a few years, the group of founders was joined by other members, fascinated by the possibility of making their land and the products born from the painstaking care of their vines known through the power of cooperation.
Today, the winery has about 600 winemakers who, day after day, take care of their vineyards with care and dedication, allowing the team of winemakers to process a high quality raw material and create wines capable of reflecting the territory, with A recognized and well-defined identity, both for our Prosecco-based sparkling wines and for our white and red wines that add to the full range of products.
Over the years we have been recognized with numerous important awards, confirming the quality and noble characteristics proper to our wines.
