Obtained from the best Greco Bianco, a millenary Calabrian vine, cultivated near the Ionian Sea. A tribute to our wonderful sea of Cirò.

Production technique: born from the blend of grapes harvested in 2 different phases, in order to enhance freshness and fragrance with the first harvest and structure with the second.

This is followed by 4 months of aging in steel tanks.

Characteristics: crystal clear, it is intense and persistent in aroma, with hints of tropical fruit, pear, peach and white flowers.

Thetaste is fresh, Mediterranean, with a pleasant final marine note.

With more than 170 years of history, Ippolito winery represents the most ancient wine reality existing today in Calabria. Located in the historic center of Cirò Marina, the heart of Calabrian viticulture, the company includes a farm of over 100 hectares, distributed between rolling hills and sunny plains near the Ionian Sea, located in the classic area of Cirò.
