Pepi originates in two distinct areas two classic viticultural zones for Sauvignon, Penon and in Pinzon, in the municipalities of Cortaccia and Montagna, on opposite sides of the valley. These vineyards benefit from the sun’s heat at very different times and in very different ways. On the western side, sunlight warms from early morning when the sun rises from the other side, while on the eastern side, the peak of sunlight shows from early afternoon until sunset.
