A beer with fine white foam of long persistence, Rock’n’Roll is bright yellow in color with a slight homogeneous haze. On the nose, the first peppery notes then open to a light spiciness that leads to the discovery of cereal hints in a balanced harmony between freshness and warmth.
In the mouth, as in a modern musical comedy, the cereal sings its sweet notes while the ensamble of pepper, spices, and hops support it in a decisive choral counterpoint.

Birrificio Agricolo Baladin-with its founder and master brewer Teo Musso-has always been committed to promoting a new way of understanding and producing beer: the strictly artisanal kind, which starts from the Earth and ends directly in the glass.
The story of our brewery began in 1986, when the Le Baladin brewery was born in Piozzo, a small town in the Langhe in the province of Cuneo. Ten years later, in 1996, the brewery transformed into a brewpub, devoting itself to the production and sale of the first Baladin-branded draft and bottled beers. Throughout its history, the Brewery has changed locations several times in the wake of growing production needs: the current location is inside the Baladin Open Garden, a place that can visually tell and summarize Baladin’s philosophy and the production experience of our craft beer.
