Marche is a relatively unknown region in central Italy on the Adriatic coast, but it has a long history. Today Jesi is the origin of one of Italy’s most famous white wines, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
Rosso Piceno Velenosi is made from the most famous red wine of the Marche region, from grapes grown in Ascoli Piceno and Castel di Lama. The Montepulciano and Sangiovese cuvée produces a fruity, simple red wine for many occasions. Ruby red color, fresh flavor of berries, strawberries and vanilla, pleasant tannic structure and a fine aromatic finish.
