Valpolicella wines require all the skills of the winemaker in finding the perfect blend of the native grapes of our hills. Our fathers established from the beginning that the Rafaèl vineyard on Mount Masua was dedicated to Valpolicella Superiore, having all the perfect characteristics to produce our blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, in percentages that vary each vintage. Fifteen months of aging round out a savory and intense wine, without losing freshness and elegance. We do not add other descriptors that might distract you from the discovery. Whether you open Rafaèl tonight or let it wait in the cellar, we encourage you to give it the time it deserves.

Bright ruby red, opens with refined intensity on floral and fruity tones, with ripe cherry in evidence. It is subtle and velvety on the palate and captivates with the tasty, lingering freshness of the fruit
which makes it smooth, light and elegant in character.

Maceration for 12 days with fermentation: at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C. Aged for 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.

Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 15%.
