Here its typical aromas of fresh apple and pear are born, and the wine maintains its fiery and stimulating acid structure. This makes it an unmistakable regional wine. The vines grow on dolomitic limestone and gravelly soil. For this Pinot Blanc surprises with a salty minerality on the palate, which further lengthens the wine.
