nginious gins have been produced in the Liquid Spirit Distillery in Basel since 2017! This Swiss gin brand, which launched in 2014 and also won “Gin of the Year” for its Swiss Blended Gin in 2018, continues to impress with new creations and ideas. Nowadays, genius! in more than 20 different countries and is therefore also one of Switzerland’s most successful gins.
Typical ingenious!-Gin with an additional fine smoky note that fits into the flavor profile and does not dominate.
Juniper, bitter oranges, quince, coriander and ginger, in addition to chestnuts, are used as botanicals. A special ingredient is smoked rock salt from the Swiss Alps, Sel à l’Ancienne. The chestnuts are also intensively cold-smoked for 40 hours before steeping, strengthening the smoky component.
