Bredasole’s Franciacorta ALiqué is a “Pas Dosè” sparkling wine with a minute, continuous perlage, made from Chardonnay grapes (50%) combined with Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir (50%) from a single vintage.

Aging: 20 months on the lees Metodo Classico

The two fermentations leading to this “unmetered” take place at a controlled and constant temperature and are followed by prolonged resting of the wine on its own yeasts. This process will give the wine body, character, complexity and persistence. Bottle topping up, which follows disgorgement, is done with fully matured wine, aged in barriques. Brilliant straw yellow in color, the nose has clear floral aromas with distinct fruit nuances, with an elegant touch of dried fruits and herbs. Dry and clean in the mouth, distinctive in flavor with a pleasant undertone of green almond.
