This wine is a successful blend of fruit, smoothness and youthful drinking pleasure. It is easy to enjoy with small delicacies and is liked for its fruity aroma and smooth character. A wonderful wine with excellent value for money.
Sparkling
It is performed by the Charmat method, a process traditionally used for delicate, fruity wines. Secondary fermentation through natural refermentation in autoclaves lasts about 20-25 days, while aging is 2 months.
Born in 1997
continuing the family winemaking tradition and within a few years succeeded in establishing their products in the domestic market, in Europe and more recently in Asia and North America, maintaining strong ties with their land and flanking a constant improvement in quality with special care in enhancing their brand with a well-defined image.
It is located in Farra di Soligo
one of the most vocated areas of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, and it is from the vineyards located on these wonderful and impervious hills that La Farra’s most representative crus are born.
