Mailly Champagne Grand Cru Rosé brut

Aperitif Champagne par excellence
Pink color reflecting in the glass. The nose has a nice scent of raspberries and strawberries. Fresh and citric. Silky mouth.

90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay.
Grapes are hand-picked and carefully processed. Maceration for 24 hours at a temperature of 16°C. Malolactic fermentation. Storage in steel tanks. Classic re-fermentation in the bottle.

Awards: Wine Spectator, 92 points

First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
