Champagne from the Chardonnay and Pinot noir varieties, which convinces with a nice integrated acidity and a discreet but delicate aroma of ripe berries.
Present and sustainable with inimitable French understatement.
Produced according to the traditional champenoise method.
First-class Champagne: In 1920 the village of Mailly was elevated to Grand Cru status, and in 1929 its inhabitants founded the winegrowers’ cooperative. Today 71 hectares are cultivated by 25 families, 75% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay.
