My name is GINO the farmer! this is how I introduce myself:

IL MUGNAIO farm was founded in 1993 by my mother, a cook by profession.

After I was born, he decided to take over the farm and convert it to organic. Choice triggered by her passion for cooking and good, wholesome food, and having the time to be able to be a mom!
He was able to cover his costs by selling farm products to families.
The name comes from our old stone mill where we grind different kinds of flours.

In 2013, after finishing my studies, I took over the family business and invested by creating a new dairy and preparation workshop, as well as an agritourism employing my mom in the kitchen, menu and production of jams, pastes, syrups and flours.
I am in charge of the production of the different fresh and aged cow and goat cheeses.
As a mountain farm I have several chestnut groves, vegetable gardens that we grow in legumes, different vegetables and orchards.

We have a wide variety of products, produce according to seasonality, and adapt to work what the land and farm animals provide. I agree with the philosophy of quality not quantity! Latest Vodka and Gin, as well as red and white wine
